I'm taking the chance again, and I tried looking for the cancellation policy and the supposedly "24 hour free cancellation" you advertise on the main page that it's probably a sham, and couldn't find it. That already seems shady. Hope this time my experience doesn't end up being a nightmare"

It looks like the last time you tried to change a flight was in March 2020, at the height of the start of the pandemic, when we had tens of thousands calls and requests coming in every day. We do apologize for that experience, though it was impossible for our team to respond to everyone in a timely manner. Things are much more stable now. As for the 24-hour cancellation, many flights do allow free cancellation within 24 hours, which you can see in the terms of the ticket prior to checking out.
