I had ordered a Video Converter from another company and all I got was delay after delay which required me to take other steps to insure I had the unit for my customer on August 19, 2005 when they were arriving in from out of town (Only for the day).

I used Goggle’s price check engine to find other companies which had the unit in stock. The first company I called couldn’t promise over night delivery then I found SUNDIAL MICRO, INC. On August 18 the day right before the critical requirement I gave them a call and spoke with Jennifer a very courteous and helpful lady. She first checked to insure they could promise me overnight delivery then accepted my order over the phone and kept me up to date with emails about my order. The next Morning just like clock work I received the Converter and my customer was thrilled with it.

"On August 5, I requested that Sundial Micro notify me when the Silverstone LC17 HTPC case was in stock. They had an ETA of August 9 posted on their website. That totally sucked because I was building a new computer and needed that part. So that same day i received the item, may 26, I called them up and told them what was up. They didn't have any spares and told me to wait for 3 WEEKS. In the mean time I contacted coolermaster to see if they can get me the screws but all they did was ignore me so I waited. Eventually I emailed sundialmicro again and they asked coolermaster for the parts. Well as it turns out coolermaster customer support is really bad and I never got the screws. So almost 2 months later july 18, i sent the cooler back for a refund. What a total waste of my time. I should have stayed with newegg.com."

I called in after I made my order to change my shipping speed because I was told my case would be shipped from out of state.
