"The purchase went smoothly and the case I ordered arrived quickly and without damage. I noticed then that it was the wrong model of the case I had ordered. I contacted Sundial Micro regarding the mis-ship, and they promptly replied with RMA instructions which were simple and easy to follow. They were courteous and helpful through all communications. After I sent off the RMA case, i sent them my tracking information. They replied via email when the recieved the case, as well as leaving a message on my answering machine when they sent the proper model back out. Again, the message was informative and courteous. The new case arrived within a couple days, again without damage, and has worked flawlessly since. I normally don't leave feedback unless I had a very positive experience, and Sundial Micro has been a pure pleasure to deal with at all steps.
