"I was hoping for my product to ship within a week, but I have yet to receive a confirmation email that my product has shipped. It has been almost 2 weeks now and I have still yet to receive a comfirmation email from SunnySports. Pretty disappointed in them.
Update: A sales representative called me and told me that there was a problem with my order so that my order didn't go through. She quickly helped me with my order and gave me free 2 day shipping. Very nice customer service. Will shop here again."

"Great. I've found your prices to be very appealing twice recently. My only "beef" was how my hat was delivered... it is crushable, but the edges had to be ironed out... they were in a bent position too long enroute. And I don't believe they recommend ironing...."
