"Fast shipping, can't beat their prices. Have placed two orders from them and saved over $100 buying it from them instead of a major retailer like REI.

All their products are name brand, with their prices I was afraid they might be some kind of knock offs. They are not! So don't worry about that! Order from them and save yourself some money for more great outdoor gear!

"Hi - ordered a Coleman Montana 4 tent and a camp chair from Sunny Sports and I am thoroughly pleased. The price was great, the two people I spoke to on the order desk were wonderful, the order went out immediately and arrive by UPS just fine. I was nervous about ordering directly from a company I didn't know (I usually order through Amazon) but they were great. I will definitely order again from them."

"Update: Sunnysports has contacted me and will refund the shipping fee. Very good customer service. I advise customers to check their order confirmation carefully for possible problems. The merchandise is excellent and prices are very good.

Ordered two hats and added another item qualify for free shipping.

Item was shipped 2nd day air for $14.50 extra!

When I asked how this happened they claimed that the 2nd day shipping box was checked. No way! Probably a website issue.

"I ordered a Sierra Designs tent from Sunny Sports and couldn't be happier. It arrived in perfect condition and a lot faster than I even anticipated! This tent was just released and the largest discount I found was on Amazon... and that was .05 cents off. Sunny Sports had it $125 less than any other retailer.

Great experience. I'd definitely order from them again.

"Ordered a Eureka Tent 3/26/12 and the order was shipped the same day. E-mail confirmation and tracking number came quickly. Sunny sports had a better price than anyone online and shipped free. Tent came in great condition and as described. Overall a hassle free experience that saved me money.

"Galatic incompetence. Ordered 4 sets of shoes. Got three. Four of which where left feet.
6 weeks waiting.
5 phone calls and 2 emails to get the money back.
If I need a migraine. I will shop there again. Jonas in customer support (friendly) but can't read...Joyce of customer support, wouldn't listen.

Here are the details of my experience...

6 Weeks turn around.

1-27-2012 placed order.

3-02-2012 got an email saying I had to redo the order as the back order was taking so long or cancel.

1) First call. Was told it was sorted. Friendly guy!

3-6-2012 Another automatic order cancellation notice.

2) Second call... Had to cancel 1 item. Now they only have to send me 3 pairs of flippers.

9-3-2012 : Items arrive. 4 left feet, 2 right. + extra UPS shipping of 10.50 euro, + taxes. 32.50 euro. (That was partily expected.)

Its now MARCH... Had to pay by phone with the CC.

3) Called again. 3rd call. To inform over the extra shoes. Suggested getting two left for the extra two right. Remained polite and friendly even with a 6 week delay.

4) Sent yet another email. CLearly stating I wanted the missing flippers. NO CANCELLATION. I was still pleasant with them. I suggesting sending two right feet for the two wrong left feet. They couldn't do that.

Was sent an email saying the invalid item would be cancelled. I would get the cost of the item back and taxes paid. They forget the shipping costs of 20.00.

I sent yet another email saying I don't want to cancel.

Sunny Sport sent another confirmation that it would be cancelled.

Kindly would give back the money....but forget shipping costs, etc.

I email again and then called saying I DONT WANT the order to be cancelled...I have been waiting weeks. Joyve heard me say, 7 times during the call, I didn't want to cancel that item.

The item was cancelled.

That was my online experience with Sunny Sport.

Believe what you want...

3/19 : They refunded the cancelled item. Including the shipping charges and taxes.

I have now 4 left feet and 2 right feet shoes for our swimming club.

A rep from Sunnysports, sunnysports, has responded:

“On Friday 3/9 we received the claim about the receipt of 2 left shoes, we asked for 2 days to investigate this issue, on Tuesday 3/13 we sent an email that we are offering to refund for the mismatched pair or reship a new pair, we got a reply with a request to send a pair of right foot shoes, to which we immediately replied that we are unable to do so since we don't carry pairs of right shoes.

On Fri. 3/16 we issued a refund of full amount of the mismatched pair and we also refunded an additional $13 for a claim that the taxes and duties were calculated in euros vs. USD.

Then on the 19th we received another request to refund an additional $20 from the original shipping cost, the refund was indeed processed the very same day.

While we feel terrible for the mistake in shipping a mismatched pair, we believe that we tried to handle it properly and refunded that part of the order, and addresses the correspondence in timely manner.”

"Terrible customer service- I emailed them before sending back a coat that was a bit snugg to make sure I could get the coat if not I would have kept the original. I was told it would be sent when they got it, I had told them I would take any color which I saw they had in stock over the period of time I was waiting and figured mine was on it's way. No I received a note today they discontinued it and weren't sending me anything. When I called it was like oh well.....I wish I could respond to my clients like that. What nerve. "

"Great prices and fast shipping. They ship from New Jersey and I received the item in Oklahoma in only 3 days. They must be owned and run by the same people that own Adorama, as the box said Adorama on it and their websites are very similar design. I have never had problems with Adorama and didn't have a problem with SunnySports on my first order. With their prices and shipping I will be glad to buy from them again."

"I am very pleased with the shipping its very fast and prompt and organized. Although i am very very disappointed with the product. I actually love the product itself, but when it came it was scuffed really bad. they were white scuffs that could not be removed and it ruined the whole look of the jacket. I am so disappointed because as i tried to return it i had to pay a 10 dollar shipping fee and they didn't have what i wanted in stock. "

"i don't normally write reviews ,but after trying sunnysports.com i had to.their prices are the best ones and their shipping is even better free with a $50 purchase. i placed an order on a tuesday and i got my items on the following day via UPS. "Bought a pack that turned out to be too big. Should've gone with zappos (free return shipping). If I return my pack, it'll cost me $10. It would suck to lose $10 just to return an item. Overall, my fault for thinking I wouldn't be returning the item. But next time, I will ONLY buy for zappos in case something like that happens again. In this day in age, online stores need to make it as convenient as possible for customers--otherwise, why would we want to give them our business? I'll go to brick and mortar stores or to zappos, where I know I will be 100% protected from buyer's remorse (and yes, shipping costs are part of that remorse)."

"I was nervous about ordering from this company, but they had the best price and some great reviews. I did ordered 2 SitBacker Canoes seats. They came without any problems. We have not tried the seats out yet, but they are the same quality that we were finding at various sporting good stores."

"I purchased the Marmot halo 6 from Sunny Sports. I didnt know if I wanted to spend $400.00 at an online store that didnt have alot of reviews. Anyways, I am very pleased with the whole company. After I placed my order, I emailed customer service to make sure that they had it in stock, since it seems that everywhere else it was out of stock. I got an email back from them immediately. Seriously, the response from them only took like 2 minutes! It was a Tuesday morning and they shipped it that day (free shipping) and it only took 2 days to get here in Ohio. I would highly recommend purchasing camping gear from them. Have fun searching for the same products elsewhere and getting the same price! Their prices cant be beat! "
