"I ordered a Camelbak Mini-Mule for my son. The price was one of the best online and the shipping price was fair. I ordered on a Sunday and received it on Thursday. I didn't expect to receive it until the following week. The product was in perfect condition even though the box was a little beat up. It looks like they may recycle packing materials, which I have no problem with."
"I primarily buy things online and I don't write reviews but I had to with this company. This site is also not affiliated with sunny sports inc, which is some moped company in California that has a ton of bad reviews.
I was looking for a 2010 North Face Box Shot backpack which retails for $125 and sunnysports.com had by far the lowest price of $88. No other company came close, in fact the next lowest price was $115. So naturally I was skeptical that it was going to be a knock off from China. Plus I think that the site looks a little cheesy. I used their feature "Ask the Pro" to ask about the authenticity of the bag and they responded within the hour stating that "This item is a 100% authentic and brand new product, we order directly from The North Face."
I placed my order on Dec. 22nd at 10:30 pm. I received the bag with the original price tags on it, Dec. 24th at 10:30 am. I'm guessing it's because I live in RI and the company is based out of NY, either way I couldn't be happier with the product or the service. I will be recommending this site to my friends/family and I will definitely be shopping here in the future.

I was somewhat hesitant to order as I am usually skeptical of outfits out of NY. WOW, not only did they have the lowest prices on most of the items, but of the few items that didn't, they price matched and beat by an additional 5%. Communication with the company was excellent. They were always first to email me, and quick to respond to questions. I placed a fairly large order, with many different items and many same items, but different sizes. "I ordered the Leki Diva trekking poles and a travel bag. I was shipped a different model and had to return them. I was told on the phone by their customer service rep Jessica that this was their mistake and that the model I ordered was indeed in stock and they would send it out upon receiving the returned poles. They told me to keep the bag and just return the poles. A few days later I received a message that the poles I had ordered were NOT in stock but on order and they expected delivery shortly. So I waited. The next message I received was that they did not receive the item from the manufacturer and did not know if or when they would, so they offered to refund my payment to Pay Pal. Obviously I don't need the travel bag if they can't ship me the poles, but they told me that I now had to pay the shipping costs for that item if I wanted a refund, even though this entire debacle was their mistake. I told them I would have returned the bag along with the wrong poles if I had known I would never receive the original ones that I had ordered, but they would not take responsibility and now I will be out the shipping costs if I return it. Nor would they let me speak to a supervisor when I asked to. I informed their customer service rep that I would never do business with them again if they did not resolve this fairly and she said she didn't care, that this was their policy. They obviously have a problem showing items in stock when they are not in stock and their customer service is horrible. I would have gladly paid the shipping back if this had been my mistake but it was the company's mistake and they would not stand by their company name or reputation. I would never order from them again."
"VERY bad experience. I placed and order for a product that was listed "In Stock" I knew the item was discontinued so I was sure to check its stock status before ordering. 3 days latter (and closer to when I needed it) I receive an email stating "as I noticed when ordering one of the items I ordered was not in stock". I called and talked to one person who simply told me they were unsure when they would receive more, and then told if I wanted I could have the rest of my order shipped now, but I would have to pay extra because I no longer had the minimum for free shipping. I got a bit upset and and to speak to someone else, got the same explanation of how free shipping works, then the kicker. "you must have made a mistake when you placed the order, if you look now it says Out of Stock"! I made the mistake!! come on. Just apologize and blame the computer, I'm a reasonable person. Oh well never again, cancelled my order and hope to never sear of sunnysports.com again!"
"I ordered a North Face sleeping bag from sunnysports, the price was the lowest i could find, their selection isnt the widest but its still pretty good, the original one i ordered said it was in stock but the next day it said it was out of stock. there was a very similar bag that was on sale when i ordered originally but the next day it was off sale and $30 more. i called, they switched to the other bag and still gave me the sale price. the customer service was good and quick to fix issues overall i am satisfied but very slighty disappointed i didnt get the original bag (which was better looking) so id say 4.5/5 btw this is not connected to scooter/sunnysports so ignore complaints about that"
