"I ordered some reading cards for my daughters birthday. Shes 23 and has been raised with Russian gypsy fortune telling cards. I finally got her her own but after paying for them, a month later I still have not received them so I emailed them and they said my order has been cancelled! Rhey couldn't tell me this before the delivery due date? Now I have to leave my home, risk my family and I with the virus just to go get them from a local book store. I will never order from there or amazon again."

"I ordered my book in mid-February 2020. I was given a range of delivery days about 2 weeks down the road. On the last day of presumed delivery, I received a message that delivery was delayed. That was 3 days ago. This is rather amazing since a prior message indicated that my book had shipped on February 14. It is now March 2 with no book in sight. "This company Super Book Deals is the worst company ever. I placed my book order on January 31, 2020. I never got an email about my book. My bank was charged for the book right away but I did not receive an email stating that they got my order or when my book would arrive. I kept calling the company for an update but was not able to get through. After almost 2 weeks I called the company again and this time I got through and they told me that my order would get to me soon. Again no exact date of arrival. I called again a few days later. I finally managed to get a tracking number and after almost 3 weeks I hopefully will receive my book. Don’t order from this horrible company. "
"The book cover isn’t even the same, and yet when I asked for help in getting it exchanged for the copy I purchased, Customer Service claimed they can’t be of help because they’re not located in the shipping department. Instead of taking responsibility for their company’s shipping error they directed me to contact the publisher, claiming that writhing the ISBN, the publisher could give me information. SERIOUSLY, that’s what they said! This seller needs to own up to its shipping error and correct it, not try to pass off the problem to others! I’m not giving up! Just beware that you are taking a gamble when buying from these folks."

"Do not order from this seller!!! I ordered a large hardcover book on the 1st of December to give as a Christmas Gift and it arrived late in a torn manila envelope. The book was damaged and in no condition to give as a gift. Repeated attempts at communicating with Super Book Deals and Barnes and Noble (where the product was ordered) have resulted in extremely poor customer service and a cumbersome return process just to try and get a refund. Everyone wonders why smaller independent bookstores are going out of business. This is why."

"I too ordered a book which was delivered late. When I returned it within the time frame, I still had not heard anything from the company after two weeks. When I contacted the company, they said the refund was "initiated" and I would receive a confirming email within 3-5 business days. I contacted them a month later, after not receiving an email, and was told they had issued it 6 weeks before and I should take it up with my bank. There was never a credit to my bank account and I'm still trying to get information from the company so I can trace it. "
"Ordered a Physics book for my son's college class on Aug. 20. Expected Deliver Date said between Aug 26 and Sept 4 which was fine, as he was starting class on Sept 6. Figured 2 1/2 weeks was plenty of time to get an in stock book. Well, to make a short story long, they shipped it out Aug 20th, but then they use a 2nd party shipper or something and they TOTALLY dropped the ball. Sat at a facility for 7 days and the tracking number said it was waiting to be delivered to a USPS facility, and then when it did get picked up on Sept 28th it sat at another facility until Sept 8 and STILL had not been delivered to a USPS facility. Contacted these guys 3 times and got the same story-they shipped it out- contacted the 2nd party shipper (OSM Worldwide) and they confirmed it was just sitting there. In the meantime my son is at college with no Physics: Statics book for his Physics 304 class. Ended up ordering directly from Pearson for just about the same price and overnight shipped it for a "whopping" $3.00!!! Will never ever use superbookdeals again!!! (not a slam on amazon-we ordered almost all his books last year through them using various sellers-mainly rented them for a semester-and it was awesome. To amazon's credit, i requested a refund and it was reviewed and approved in literally 5 minutes! Checked my cc online and it was true-they credited my account in that short of time)"

My review was declined by Amazon, recommending that I leave seller feedback, but then not giving me the option to leave seller feedback. Is negative reviews often blocked by amazon?
Product not delivered from Superbookdeals. I desperately needed this book at the time, for exam preparation and ordered via Amazon. When it did not arrive, I made contact with amazon, who promised to follow up and have it delivered, when I declined the refund. I kept hoping that it would arrive in time. When exams were over, and I contacted amazon, I was informed that refund period for no delivery has expired."
"Found a book on Amazon that I wanted, but this company had a copy, "used, but like new!" for half the price, so I ordered from them. Big mistake! They charged our card immediately and said the book would arrive in about a month, which I thought was ridiculous, but I wasn't in a big hurry. It was supposed to arrive mid May. When it didn't come, we contacted the company and were told that the book had been badly damaged and they couldn't find another copy. They were sorry and hoped we would give them a good rating, but no offer to refund our money. We pressed them about the money and they assured us they would return it. It is now mid June and we still don't have the money and I'm sure we will never get it. Meanwhile, the new books at Amazon sold and are now out of print. I really wished I had checked the reviews on this company, but I wrongly assumed if they were associated with Amazon, they were reputable, but that was a huge mistake. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with these clowns. We have done quite a bit of online business, with mostly excellent results, but this company has been the worst by a long shot. No other company we've dwalt with has just taken the money, not delivered anything, and then kept the money anyway, but these people had no problem with it."

I immediately decided that that was not a good idea. I was in fact not going to send a photocopy of my or any documents giving a company the right to charge whatever amount they want to my card or a signature, my signature. This sounded shady as all get out. What would they need next my Drivers licensce? My social security card? I dont think so. Then to top it off I emailed them serval times about my order and they never got back to me, in fact after the said week they cancelled my order I am now checking my bank to make sure they infact did not just take the amount out anyways.
Whatever you do, do not purchase from the company the reviews are right."
