After I received the products, I called customer service (who was very kind) but was told they do not sell a part to make these products compatible. I am not an electrician, so did not plan to be splicing newly purchased lights and switches together. If the dimmers do not plug into the lights, I wouldn't expect them to be listed as an accessory for that part number. "

"I am disappointed with Super Bright LEDS. I ordered four different types of LED's and all but one group are on backorder. The bigger issue is they have already charged my credit card. Some of the products I considered were noted online as backordered and as a result I did not order, but these were not listed in that matter and now I am told other wise. It is disconcerting that a company would charge a credit card without supplying a product. I am going to attempt to cancel the order."

"Very rarely do I consider a failed online transaction to be potentially life threatening. I ordered two LED lights for my bicycle, one was BROKEN! One week later I received a replacement, also BROKEN! Still waiting, have not yet received a working light. It's dangerous to ride your bicycle, it's especially dangerous when it's nighttime and all of your lights that you thought worked are actually broken. I'm still WAITING for a working light!

I had to return the bulbs because I needed in a different color. Good communication and returned them then got new ones with no issues. Highly recommend them."
