"communications is very bad...even the link to this site was to give "your feedback", but it is clearly a link to see feedback instead...my primary problem with the communication (email) is they tell you your order is processed, then shipped, but they never tell you WHAT the order is...if you are like me you may have several items ordered at any time and not have any idea of the company name you ordered what item from...and they give you no link where you can see it...so I think the communications is very bad"
