"I got this Extreme Cruzor Contour SanDisk drive last week and made it password protected
Somehow it is not taking my password now (I am sure that the password is correct and it took it just 2 hours back)
It is also not allowing me to format the disk (that I never wanted in the first case)
On the sandisk website they mentioned that only way to take care of this issue is to return it
This is the second time that i got a drive from their site and it crashed right away. the questions is why are they selling devices that may not function properly. I had a trust that do fair business and don’t sell bad products
The thing is they credited my product last time at the cost of paying the reshipment price (5 dollars I had to pay in order to send the product of 15 dollars) in addition of wasting my time on the device and loosing data.......I am disappointed and will not recommend it

i was contacted by one of the customer services representatives who was polite and took care of return postage, sent me a present and replaced the USB drive
I am a tough to change person but to be honest i would change my recommendations to better ones and i would recommend this site for buying things and customer support if needed. they standby their products

"Charged TWICE for order. Customer Service said 'it happened to a lot of people that day'. CS said money has been refunded, but Credit Card company says not.
On the third call asking for refund I was told refund was already made and email verification would be sent to me. It was never sent, but refund was eventually made (about 9 days later).
They posted a response here saying they were sorry, but never responded to me. BAD SERVICE. Steer Clear!!

"Ordered over $200 in toner from this company on June 25, 2009. On June 30th finally received notice that the product had been shipped, but the tracking number is not showing as valid. On June 30th the vendor charged our bank account for the order TWICE! When I phoned they said they had charged ALL their clients twice and would refund. Today is July 2 and we still have no refund and customer service is telling us they shipped the product and we returned it to them. After hours of telling them that wasn't so, they finally admitted they sent it out FedEx with a UPS number, so it never actually went out, but was logged as a return. They've actually asked us to place another order and pay for it in advance, mind you we've already paid for this order TWICE!
As of now we've paid out over $400 and still have no refund or toner.
Very disappointed in this company. This was our first shot at using them and our last. "
"This was my first time that I did business with SuperMediaStore.com. I just wanted to try their refurbished ink cartridges for an HP 9800 series printer as the regular ones cost $$. I was a bit skeptical, but decided it was worth a shot since the prices were affordable - and I am very glad I did! The cartridges arrived a week later and well packaged via USPS ground from California. I just put them in the printer and the prints are great for normal document printing (which I is what I use it for mostly) - if you want photo finish prints, maybe this might be a gamble, but other wise these cartridges rock! Its great doing business with these people."

"I purchased two high capacity replacement toner cartridges SuperMediaStore in 2008. The first cartridge worked fine but the second cartridge froze up after printing just a few pages and was totally unusable. The cartridge failure occurred after the 180 day return window, however, when you buy cartridges in volume it isn't practical to test every cartridge to make sure it works. SuperMediaStore refused to exchange the defective cartridge even though it was obviously defective.
On the toner cartridge it states "We warrant that all products are free from defects in material and workmanship under ISO 90001 quality certification. We replace any products found under normal use and service."
I will not do business with a company that doesn't honor its warranties. "
"Since writing the previous review I have been almost instantaneously contacted by SuperMedia. This issue has been more than satisfactorily resolved.
Not only was the issue resolved but I was also helped with placing an order for the correct cartridges. As the person that contacted me also found the numbers confusing she checked and double checked that what I will get will be the cartridges I need.

This has to be the most unsatisfactory experience of any of my on line ordering to date! I am handicapped and not able to shop as I'd like so do much on line.
The shipping was fast and received within a few days. How ever when I tried to use the ink cartridges they were the wrong ones.
Waiting for customer service I was disconnected. When I finally reached the returns person she tried telling me that I had ordered the wrong cartridges. I ordered for a Canon Pixma MP610. My invoice clearly states Pixma MP 610. She tried to tell me what I had ordered was for a Pixus MP610 - NO WHERE on the invoice does it say Pixus!
I asked for the order number for what I needed to order and she quoted me a price of $36.99. I asked how much shipping would be and she said the total order would be $31.60 as shipping was 7.61. Confused I asked how this could be if the cartridges were $36.99. She then said she NEVER said that amount.
By now I was getting frustrated, asked for the supervisor and she hung up on me. I will eat the price of the first cartridges and will not do business again with this company!"
