"In the past and recently with this order of 200 Verbatim CD Jewel cases, I receive these orders with many of the CD jewel cases damaged as a result of no proper packing for shipment. Today, I received the 200 Verbatim CD Jewel cases. The plastic is higher quality than previous order, and that may have prevented more cases being damaged. However, Supermediastore does not properly prepare the item like this for shipment. There is no packing material inside the cardboard box to protect the cases. In the past, Supermediastore has provided credit on jewel cases damaged that I have received. Yet it is disconcerting to purchase from Supermediasstore and expect something is always damaged in the shipment. Buyer beware of products purchased from Supermediastore"
