I would have sent them back immediately but I had a shoot that needed the tapes. I will not shop with them again. Everyone else tightly packs them in bubble wrap to ensure no shock comes to the tapes. "

"Had very good price on toner cartridge for epson 7820. Toner had no problems when installed in my printer. So far printed only a few pages so cannot tell about its life. One negative aspect I have to bring up: they don't have any recycling procedure to accept used toner cartridges. Luckily for me, this is the first toner after my original Epson one ran out and I was able to take advantage of Epson's offer of free mailing label to send back ORIGINAL epson cartridges back to them. I believe, Supermediastore should offer customers a free mailing label to return the spent non-original epson cartridges they sell so that it doesn't end up in a land fill.
