"On 4/30/09 I went to supermediastore.com to purchase (7) x HP C5069A. These are constrained items so I contacted the vendor online with their live chat to have them confirm availability. I was told by Sridhar that they did have stock and that if I placed an order that my (7) items would ship that day. So their online store claimed to have stock AND a store representative confirmed this stock.

I placed my order online as I was confirming product availability. The next day I received an email from them stating that they did not have any product and would not be getting anymore.

This vendor is COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE and TOTALLY DISHONEST.
