"Excellent communication, both before and after the sale. Once my needs and wishes were established, I received a quote, which I accepted. Some parts were not in stock, but they were ordered promptly. Putting the machine together took a few days longer than anticipated, as they were quite busy. Packing was very secure, and luck had my regular UPS delivery person on duty, who handed the package to me rather than throw it on the doorstep and run. There were a couple of issues (like a defective memory DIMM) but a new pair of DIMMS were quickly sent to me, without my having to first return the defective part. All throughout,
the owner, Kevin answered every e-mail personally and usually within a few hours. A very happy experience."
