"Order for water filter placed on Aug. 4. No updates after one week. I sent e-mail on Aug.11th. asking what the status.
Received a reply today (Aug. 6), stating the order "will be shipping today", however they would not provide the tracking #.
I asked to cancel if it has not shipped or provide the tracking #. Received a reply from Jacques saying, "Shipping today. I already checked. I do not ship these items."
If shipping today (or shipped as they claim), why no tracking number?
In addition, they did not display sales tax on the invoice before I paid so their price seemed very attractive, but the final invoice has the sales tax so there was no significant savings compared to any other store. .
