Shipping is usually very quick and the merchandise is what I purchased. "I purchased a exercise mat to be delivered with a two day shipping. I received the mat on Feb First, six days later then the scheduled date. The exercise mat was a rather small and light item rolled up, but was shipped in a huge box 10 times larger then necessary to ship the item. The huge box was entirely filled with packing material, a full garbage bag worth of packing paper and worthless plastic bubble wrap. The amount of waste gone into packing this item is tantamount to packaging a package of gum in a cereal box. I could not recommended using such a wasteful company unless you relish littering as a pastime sport. It seems that with bad and untimely service and an complete inability of what is necessary to protect ones objects this demonstrates a complete lack of care in any item leaving SupplementWarehouse."
