"I have been purchasing items from supplement warehouse for about a year. I finally decided to fill out this survey because I am extremely satisfied with their low prices and quick shipment. Also, I have found if I don't get a email confirming my order, after I send them a question I get the fastest response. I have not had any issues with shipment issues, returning of items, or account being debited incorrectly from them. So, for me supplement warehouse is great!"

"They have an abundance of quality products at very low prices. They also offer a number of "free" samples and very cheap items (watch out for these, they rack up the S&H which I feel is already extremely overpriced). In fact, my only gripe would be the cost/speed of shipping and handling. As far as cost is concerned, how is it that I can have 50-60 lbs worth of car parts sent to me for $11.99 and yet 8 lbs of supplements is going to cost $25? They are obviously compensating for the low prices of the product and just tacking it onto the S&H cost (that or I feel they seriously need to reconsider their shipping operation if it really costs them that much). At the end of the day the total is still marginally less than that from other places, but what about speed? I placed my order 2 days ago and it is still being "processed"! Honestly not a huge deal because I place my orders far enough out that I receive them before I "need" them, but I feel that for what they charge for S&H they should be on it. "
