"I have done business with SupplementWarehouse.com several times in the past and have never had an issue, until my most recent purchase. The package did not arrive in the expected amount of time. I kept tracking it, but USPS never showed that it was scanned at the first destination. I finally called the USPS, who reported the package was never received by them. When I attempted to contact SupplementWarehouse.com (several times) I could not get through on the number provided. Voice maze indicated that they were busy and I would need to call back (I am the customer, remember?). By the time I finally did get through to someone, she transferred me to a voice mail...not building any confidence here! After over 2.5 hours on the telephone, I finally reached Holli, a manager. Although obtaining a resolution from Holli was not without its challenges, she ultimately did resolve the issue, reshipping next day air. I will shop with them again, but I will keep a very close eye on shipping AND if there is another issue, I will not shop with them. The biggest frustration producer during this whole escapade is the difficulty contacting them about issues, and the insensitivity encountered (I must NOT know how to track a package) when trying to obtain a resolution. Until you get to a manager, customer focus is lacking."

Orders come in just as expected, and they even throw in free samples and a shaker every time too (although the shaker seems to break pretty easily). The only possible negatives is that shipping can be a little bit costly if you have a large order (I think it is done by weight). Also, this time around it took them a few extra days to process my order, but that I think was due to the fact that one of the items I ordered was on backorder by the manufacture.
