"I ordered this item to go with a hard drive that was ordered from another company on the same day. The hard drive arrived via US mail 10 days prior to receiving the adapter. I think this was very slow processing since the items were sent via the same method."
"There are quite a few positives about this merchant (listed later). The only negative is that they tend to screw you on shipping. Recent examples include failing to ship a pair of headphones that were in stock when I ordered, but out of stock when they put my order together. They did not reduce the total shipping cost for the entire order. This wasn't a big deal, as it would have only dropped the shipping by about $2. On an order about two years ago, a 21” CRT monitor arrived shattered due to poor packaging. They paid the return shipping, but it was sold out by that time, and they only credited me for the cost of the monitor - and not the $40 it cost to ship it to me the first time.
Overall, the company has good/excellent prices and the web site descriptions are accurate and reasonably complete. I have only had one problem with an ordered item showing up later as out of stock (see above). You just have to watch the shipping costs, because they really jack up the "handling" charge on some items. What might seem like a good deal becomes a ripoff if you aren't careful. Another point to keep in mind is that when an item is sold “As-Is”, don’t be a bit surprised if it doesn’t work! I have ordered a bunch of hard drives listed “As-Is”, and about half of them were DOA. IMO, it was still a good deal, since they were priced so low.

My experience with SC has been very good, on all purchases except for 1 occasion, in fact I consider myself a "loyal customer". The merchandise is well represented I always feel like I get good value, I am basicly very pleased.
The problem I mentioned above related to an ebay auction that I won Last fall for a Dell laptop. It took me over 3 weeks to get the computer. All I got was a run around every time I tried to find out what was going on. Finally I think someone else took over that department and I got the product.
The only other thing that I thought I'd mention is that your shipping costs are a little high and have caused me to buy from someone else on occasion.
