"I have been a customer of Surplus Computers for over 20 years. I started buying shareware floppies from Software and Stuff and have followed them as a loyal customer. I miss the store and the great stuff they used to offer. Since leaving the Bay Area I have been purchasing from the online store and have watched it evolve. This current order shipped quickly and was packaged perfectly. My only complaint is the current shipping charges. They do not take the time to adjust their shopping cart to actual product weight when shipped. No phone numbers to call. The website cross references out of stock items. Newsletter does not match product pages sometimes. Prices too high on some items. By eliminating their retail outlet you would think that the time would be spent making the website perfect. It's not and need a lot of work but in general it is still good and offers great deals. BUT THE SHIPPING COSTS STINK!!!"
