The web site is easy to order from, although it is "minor" cumbersome to determine shipping charges (it is very easy to see the impact on shipping charges when the quantity is changed).

I purchased a 3-Com cable modem (usb port), a internal IDE Sony rewrite drive, hp 17"monitor, and the latest order that was placed on the 9th of this month, a Compaq Laptop. Surplus Computers does give the best prices locally and on the internet, but what I mean by big ticket items is that I would not buy these type of items from just anyone. As far as being a e-commerce store front on the internet, Surplus Computers understands that being secured by VeriSign means that they have to be authenticated before they can even be given a SSL certificate.
