"Supposedly their products are shipped in 7-10 days. I have made multiple inquiries (both voice and email) just to get a UPS tracking number and have not received a response (supposedly someone will reply within 24 hours but that never happened either). Finally after 3 days of calling I reached an actual human who informed me that the hardware I ordered was out of stock and I should have received an email update (I didn't). I went ahead and cancelled the order, so hopefully I won't get charged - I'd hate to go through this again!!!"
