"I ordered a Plextor PX-716A DVD/RW Drive from them. I got the drive in a bit over a week. I followed the instructions to request a tracking number for the order three separate times and never received a reply of any type. The same week I seen they had them on sale elsewhere for $10.00 more with all the software and free shipping. I was also supposed to receive a free gift with my order and I have never received it. Does not matter I don't need a basket ball anyway.... I would give them an average or less rating personally, although my first order with them only took about three days to arrive. They sell much of what other stores have disconinued to sell and slightly used or refurbished items. The drives did display they were "never used." It works well, but Plextools software cost you another $50.00."
