"Ordered a plexwriter at an incredible price. However, when my package arrived, I was dismayed it had shipped in a US Postal Service Priority box, under United Parcel Service. I know this might save a cent or two with the free boxes, but its not LEGAL (*i think*) to use them for anything other than priority mail. Also, the box was barely larger than the drive, though upon opening it was wrapped pretty securely with bubble wrap. The drive seems to work fine and their shipment was prompt, so I have no complaints. But I don't know if I would order from them again."

"I've ordered a bomber jacket from the merchant. It arrives within 7 days and and condition is pretty good (exactly as what they've advertised on the website). The UPS tracking number was sent to me 2~3 days after my order. Up to now I've shopped here five times in total (one for recharger batteries, one for Lexa 256Mb flash memory, one for headphone, one for notebook carrying bag, one for this jacket). Except for the notebook carrying bag, which I never received and later they gave me a refund, all of the others are pretty good. Fast and good price (although customer service is not very responding). Recommended."

"Do not buy anything here that is described as "refurbished". I bought an LCD monitor that obviously never went through any refurb process. It was dirty, came with no manuals, had a blotchy screen and a burned out bulb (the screen was all yellow, color temp corrections made no difference, either the bulb was going bad or the monitor was used in a smoky environment for a long time?) I'd swear they got these monitors from a closed out business, wiped them off, threw in a box and re-sold. It took 3 months to get my money back and had to argue with them to get the re-stocking fee waived. I would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"Ordered a wireless mouse. They delivered a wireless keyboard. That was returned and they delivered a wireless mouse. The mouse did not work. The mouse was not new, and showed signs of wear. Notified them and they wanted me to pay for the return shipping. I refused and still have the mouse sitting on my desk. Will notify my credit card company and dispute the charge. They used the old "bait and switch" technique. Will NEVER order from them again. They are dishonest!"
