"I generally like Surplus Computers E-campaigns as they have interesting products that doesn't get sold in our homogenized world's stores. The pricing is reasonable too. I look forward to seeing what is on their list of deals. This being said, I find shipping to be overly expensive and turn around on orders to be a bit slow (though most of the time I am willing to wait). Also, I have had items on my orders become unavailable pointing to a disconnect between inventory and ecommerce inventory. I generally trust Surplus Computers and will continue ordering, though I don't impulsively order because of the mentioned experiences. Surplus Computers reminds me of a store called "Comb" that we used to have here in Minnesota back in the 80s. We also have a store here called Axeman's which reminds me a bit of Surplus Computers (one of these is defunct and one is not online). I would rather shop online."

"I used to be a regular and loyal customer. I ordered 3 bluetooth headsets, got them and they had incorrect documentation. One appeared to have been used (open package and the charger wire wasn't wrapped properly). Submitted for an RMA and was refused. Company claimed that the documentation came from the manufacturer (even though it was a completely different manufacturer and model) and was out of their control. I maintained that under "implied warranty" they still have to make good and the product was unusable w/o instructions. They refused. That was my last order from them."

"As stated by others their minimum shipping charge is $8.95 + $.50 insurance even if it is shipped by UPS (which up to $100 in insurance is included in the basic price for shipping) for most items even items that cost much less than the item purchased.
For this order I ordered two NIC cards for which they charged me $10.41 + $.50 (their UPS ground rate). They could have mailed them in a Priority Mail flat rate envelope for $4.95."
