I ordered a new 1GB SD flash card that was on sale along with free shipping. During the checkout process, I was informed that free shipping could take up to 10 days (which does not include order processing which can take up to 2 days). I received the SD card 13 days (USPS first class mail) after placing the order. (The shipping label was printed 5 days after the order!) The SD card came in its plastic storage box without any retail packaging. The SD card works.

Certainly Surplus Computers lets you know that they mostly sell surplus, refurbished goods. IMO, faster shipping wouldn't be worth the cost since it took 5 days just for the shipping label to be printed! (2 were weekend days which the mail order division doesn't work)


I am satisfied with my purchase and with buying from Surplus Computers. I would recommend others to buy from Surplus Computers with the following advice:
