"We ordered 2 Microsoft Office Xp's to go on new systems in June. Software order was received and shipped just fine. My boss needed Powerpoint, which was not on either of the disks. I contacted Software and stuff and told them of our problem and asked if we could exchange for the MORE EXPENSIVE version that had powerpoint, as WE made a mistake ordering. I received an email telling me the exchange was approved. I sent it back to them, overnight via DHL and as soon as they received it, they lost it. Now, I am still waiting, 2 months after they received it, and no software. Not only that, they have lied to me about what the problem is. I am being told they are waiting for Microsoft to check out the Keycode to make sure it's not been used. I have been Microsoft Cert for over 10 years and I know for a FACT it doesn't take this long. Screwing up an order is 1 thing, but lieing to your customers that trust you is something I have a problem with. Avoid this company at ALL costs."
