I accidentally ordered two pair of anti vibration gloves which were 2 sizes to big for me so i was just interested in exchanging them for smaller ones but they wanted to change me 10 extra dollars per pair. they told me there was nothing they could do for me and thats why I will no longer reccomend sustainable supplies to friends or co-workers like I have in the past."

"Ordered a Goulds GT-10 pump on 12.22.12 was not able to install until 2.19.13. Holidays and sickness in the family delayed install. After install realized the motor is locked up. This pump is for our cistern and supplies the home with water (we live in the country).
I purchased the Gould pump because it was the same as the one originally installed, so it would mount up the same way.
I want to return the pump for a refund, because I bought another brand pump locally so that we could have water for for our daily needs. After contacting Sustainable supplies there is a no refund after 30 days.
I am sure if they are anyone else was in my position they would like to have there $685.68 refunded for a defective item. Very disappointed in Sustainble supply and their customer service representative. After asking for a manager I was told he is out of town for a week. Is there no one else that makes decisions in customer service issues, now this is delayed another week. I cannot afford to throw that kind of money away like this. Buying groceries and paying utility bills are hard enough as it is."
