Had they told me to expect delays it'd be different but now my client is angry cuz I haven't installed them, I will have to eat a months interest (2 by the time the receivables come), and I won't get paid this calendar year which is unacceptable."

"Order was processed fast and shipped quickly, although the tracking information and order updates were not received as fast. Accidentally purchased the wrong item (was was 3/8" instead of 3/4"). Called the day after purchase to find out there is a 25% restocking fee and shipping here and then back ($35.68) equated to the items cost($36.35) so returning the item would have simply been a loss of money. A company that doesn't work with customers fairly won't get my business or my recommendation. Next time I'll buy straight from Grainger, they have much better customer service. "
