All I got from you both times I ordered was an email telling me to download your app. I don't think I should have to download an app just to see what I ordered from you and when to expect it to be delivered. Also, I think there is at least an implication on your site that returns are free, so I was surprised that even if I drop off my return I have to pay six bucks."
"I ordered a swim suit for my son, thinking that he would like it, but he didn't when I showed him. With in a few minutes I tried to cancel the order; no avail! Then I tried to call....I was put on hold for over 30 minutes; no avail! Then I left a message and a number to b called back to...but no one called me back. Finally that later afternoon I tried calling again. This time I finally get a real person; whom I had a hard time understanding, and he says it had been shipped already!!!?? So, now I can't cancel the order and will have to go through a process to return it. This ****; why isn't there a place, like most other places, showing u where to go to cancel an unwanted or accidental order.??? This wasted a lot of my time and could have gone a lot smoother if u have a better site with more options, especially if the customer need to cancel an item. "

"I ordered a bathing suit for a vacation-says 2-7 days-I admit I was cutting it close on 7 days. Kept trying to get tracking info so I would know if it would get here in time. Just showed in Indianapolis for a good 3-4 days. Finally got tracking info the day I left-it was being delivered the next day. I emailed because I joined their club thing-to cancel because I will not order from them again-no response to that either. I won’t buy from a company that has no customer service. "
"I'm 86 and being in Arkansas for 40 years my swimming has comprised of going to the creek somewhere to cool off. I am a member of a fitness center that has an indoor pool and I want to try and get back to swimming again. I have never been able to keep the water out of my nose and have always used nose plugs. Both of my sisters swam like dolphins and used to work with me when I was a kid, but to no avail. Everything I found around Mountain View in the way of nose plugs were too small. I went online and your company was the first one and you had adult nose plugs, and now I have nose plugs. They work really well. However, either my feet have gotten smaller or something in the middle has gotten larger as I don't propel like I used to. Although, my crawl stroke is starting to come back.
