I had to call in in order to try and fix it, they could only cancel it freezing up that money until they finished processing which can take 2-3 days. Then I had to redo my entire order without the ability to use my “first order 15% off code. This order I have not received any email confirmation for yet. "

"I recently went on Swim Outlet to purchase two matching Swim Parkas for my children - the same parka in two different sizes. Everything was seemingly going well... no signs of anything backordered or out of stock... and both were on sale at a great price! A couple of days later, my package arrived! To my surprise, only one parka was in it. As I went digging, I found they had cancelled one item in my order. No email had been sent to notify me. I called Customer Service and was told that my item was out of stock. They assured me it would be back in stock soon and to continue to check the website and re-order. As soon as I hung up, I went back to the website - and to my surprise - the item was not showing out of stock - but it was full price - significantly higher than the price I had ordered at. Regrettably, I should have looked this up while on the phone with customer service. I will be calling again tomorrow and requesting that the item be shipped at the price I had initially ordered it at. "
