"I bought several suits from them and had to return a item, I was told that I would receive a credit to my account to use within one year, now trying to use it and no credit there, so I called and was told last week it would be reissued to use to watch for it with a pin in 24 to 48 hours, no pin received, so I called again and this week, I was told I was SOL unless I could recover a email from last year in Aug. even though it says in my account page they own me the refund, and I was just going to spend more money with them. Beware, I even called and checked to see that they had gotten my return and was told that it would be credit to account with the store, bad business, and bad customer service. I have sense received my credit after work from a person on their Facebook page who helped me get my credit to my account, I still do not feel that I should have had to fight so hard to get my credit but am happy with the fact that I got it and will be using it soon as the swimsuits I have gotten from them are of good quality."
"This place is the worst. I placed two orders, one on Feb 26 and one on March 3, as I was going on a beach vacation for Spring break. I had to return items in both orders. For the Feb 26 order, I received an email saying I was getting store credit. For the other one, no email but I got a credit to my credit card. The difference - the second order was protected by google; while the first one was placed on the phone... For the Feb 26 order, I went back to the site after a while to discover that there was no credit on my account. They claim they sent me an email with an e-gift card (that I did not receive), and that after 90 days they cannot access it. Say what ? So you claim you sent me an email but you cannot prove it and cannot re-issue a new gift card ? Sadly Im beyond the time to dispute with credit card company. Im going to try to find other customers ripped off the same way to try and start legal action. PS : nice quality bathing suits but their covers are TERRIBLE and shapeless/torn in under a week."
"on 8/27 i purchase three items and two shipping. on 8/30 i received an email cancelling one item bcz it was not in stock. on 9/1 after still not having my items i called as was told the order was packed and would be going out that day or 9/2 and that i would be credited 11.99 for two day shipping. on 9/2 at 1:20 am i received an email showing the tracking number and the items shipped. upon reviewing the item i noticed that the bottoms to my two piece was not shipped.
called customer service 9/2 to be told that the bottoms were out of stock. i stated to the lady funny they were not out of stock yesterday and that my order was packed and ready for shipment. i was NEVER notified that the bottoms were out of stock I would have canceled the entire order.
I have now been on hold 20 minutes....."
"I bought a Tankini from them and when it arrived it was torn and poorly made. I read the return instructions and it states if the product is defective, you can use their return label and they will reimburse you the price plus shipping. So I sent it back. WRONG!! They stated on my account that they would give me a store credit for the bottoms but because I did not return the top according to their specifications, that I get nothing. WHAT?? After a few e-mails, I finally got them to give me a store credit for the suit, but not the shipping. Very Disappointing Company. BUYER BEWARE!! "
"First off, I will say that delivery takes forever. And if you do order from swimsuitsforall, hopefully your suit is perfect when you get it because if not, you will have a nightmare with customer service. The first order I placed for a suit had to be returned due to size. I saw that if you used their shipping label, you get a store credit but if you use your own shipping you get a refund. I decided to use my own shipping (Fed Ex) for a refund but when I got my email confirming they received my return, they listed my refund as a store credit. I called and luckily it was fixed. However, I recently ordered a coverup that I never received. In their defense, they did ship it and it was delivered but I think someone in my apartment building stole it. I decided to call swimsuitsforall and see what they can do. The first time I called and explained the situation, I was told I can get a refund. After over a week of waiting and hearing nothing, I called again. This time I was told I should get the refund within 3-5 days. Still nothing. Called yet again and was told that they can't process a refund until they get the claim number from Fed Ex. No one had told me that before. So after getting that claim number to them I was told I would get the refund soon. It's been almost 5 weeks and still nothing. Every time I call them they tell me I should get the refund soon. When I last called I told them I've been waiting for two weeks and the women told me "well, it takes two weeks". They're a joke. All they had to do was tell me there was nothing they can do. Instead, they keep telling me that they'll send me a refund. So no refund and no coverup. I've decided to accept the loss. So beware if you have to deal with customer service in any way, because they'll give you the runaround until you disappear."
"I placed my first order for a Kenneth Cole Tanking set with Swimsuits For All on 7/3/16 and paid an extra $21.99 for 2 day shipping because I needed a new suit by 7/8/16. My package arrived 7/7, but it contained 2 bottoms and no tops. I immediately called and reported the error and was assured they would send out the correct top right away. Abother 7 days passes, still no top, so I called again, was placed on hold for 15 minutes and then told that they would not send my top until I returned one of the bottoms. The lady DID NOT tell me this when I called the first time. I tried to insist they send me my top and THEN I would return the extra bottom but he refused. I asked him why they would distrust a customer but expect that customer to trust them when they were the ones that made the error to begin with. I am returning everything and demanding a refund...out the $22 in expedited shipping already, and now I have to pay for return shipping to get my money back and not be trapped with an "in-store credit with this sorry-excuse for a business. They absolutely did not attempt service recovery at all. BUYERS BEWARE!!!"
"I purchased 2 bathing suits from this company. Seemed of very good quality BUT being a plus size person, all of the tops on the bathing suits are D-DD cups!! Every single suit! I have a B- SMALL C cup. So I returned the bathing suits for a store credit thinking I could try to buy another suit. I bought 2 more bathing suits and a cover up. No luck again with the suits. I called first and asked if I could get a refund and they said sure. So I returned them BACK IN THE BEGINNING MAY. It is July 13, and I have yet to receive my refund!! What is wrong with these people. I see it has happened to others as well. I even talked to the "Supervisor" named Jessica. I promise we will get your refund. The department that has to revoke the store credit will take care of it. YEAH RIGHT! Don't buy from here! If I could give zero stars, I would!!
Also, I have called about 10 times and waited on hold etc. all calls between 20-38 minutes! "
"I have never had to write a bad review but here it goes. I placed an order at the beginning of June for over $150 in merchandise. One of the swimsuits I ordered was on back order and the website said it would ship out on July 6th. July 6th came and went still no shipment. I ended up calling and they told me unfortunately one of the pieces in my order was further back ordered so it wouldn't ship till they got it in around July 18th. I needed this order for July 15th. The man said no problem I can remove the one backordered item and your order will ship with out it. That was fine but I was now concerned with it arriving in time as this was on July 10th. He assured me that I had 2 day shipping it would be here. The order shipped out the next day 7/11 and I went to check the delivery date and it said July 20th, being confused I called swimsuitsforall and they told me I had standard shipping. How did this happen when the last man told me I had 2 day shipping? The only purpose of the order was to take with me on vacation... I have no use for any of the items in the order now, no bathing suits for vacation and a package coming while I'm away. I asked if I returned it if I could please get a refund in full including shipping and the lady said no we can't do that. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he was unavailable. I am enraged at the costumer service. I have spent hundreds of dollars there before and never will spend money there again. "
"I am warning you... don't buy anything from this site. I was charged $275.28! That's not why you shouldn't use the site... I was charged that after the screen said an error has occurred. If an error occurred and I didn't get any confirmation that I wasn't receiving these items then WHY THE HELL WAS I CHARGED? I tried three separate times. 91.76 which I hadn't realized that they exchanged the Canadian to American dollars but it makes sense. They charged me for all three attempts. I'm positive that is illegal. I contacted them after I checked my bank account. The woman said I would be refunded in three to five business days. I said I had got no confirmation number or e-mail. No order history and I was charged. I will never be buying or even looking at this website again. My bank is doing an investigation of these charges. The lady on the phone was fine but not helpful. I asked why my order was 23.00 more than anticipated and she didn't know why but I figured it out. "
"The actual suit I purchased was great, but having to deal with the company due to a size issue has been a horrible experience. I am still waiting on the straps, for the bikini top that I exchanged, to be sent because they were not with original replacement.
I had to make up to eight phone calls to get correct refund. I emailed company and received two different explanations regarding why a fee was going to be deducted from my refund.
Everything is fine as long as your purchase is a straight, no problems with item, purchase. If you have to make any further contact.... Good Luck!!!!"
"I went into the shop to buy 1 bikini.. When i wanted to pay it keept saying ERROR, so i tried again and again... Little did i know that they charged me for 6 bikinis!!!! and the worst part was that i never recieved any order confirmation or was redirected to a "thank you for your order page"... They reserved 600 dollars on my card, without me buying ANYTHING. I talked to the costumer service severel times, where i was told the resevation would be anulled within 4 days, but since i never got any order confirmation, there was almost nothing they could do,... I talked to my bank, who said it is illegal for them to anull the reservation, without the store confirming it should be deleted. I have now emailed the store severel times, and they still haven't written to my bank, even though i gave them the email. "Bought one suit but when I received comformation email they had qty. 2 and my CC was charged for two. Customer service told me there was nothing they could do evan though my order had not left the facility yet. I had to wait to receive, send back and then wait for credit. My daughter then told me the same thing happened to her. Sounds like they have a real problem going on. Customer service told me this happens a lot but it is something to do with there web site. FIX THE PROBLEM!

"This is the first time I have EVER ordered something to wear from the internet because I have a hard time buying without trying them on. This bathing suit fit PERFECT! I am a senior and it was the perfect coverage and had great bra support (I'm a 48DD). I am 5'8" and it was just the right length--about 4" above my knee - - I won't need a cover-up with this one! The quality appears to be good. I haven't worn it yet, only tried it on, so I can't say how it's gonna hold up, but given the right care, I'm sure it will last."

NOT those cheap tan ones that fall apart after the first washing, DOUBLE STITCHING in most. I find these items run TRUE TO SIZE. Make shore you use your correct current measurements. 46" hips means 46" hips PLUS a 2 inch stretch. If you like ur bottoms a little tighter. order the next size down in the skirts. If u r like me and want a nice under pants girdle that is true to size go ahead order their long swim trunks. I ordered mine a size smaller because I want it tighter. Its not small enough to be as tight as I would like. No big deal. It is I that want it tighter. THEY ARE TRUE TO SIZE otherwise. Next order I am going 2 sizes smaller for a TIGHT pant liner.

"My first experience last year with this company was wonderful. I bought two of their one piece swimsuits at a great price. I then received an email offering buy one get one free bikinis. I thought, high waisted bikini, ok I'll be brave. I found the two items i wanted after much looking and put them in my cart. With the Bogo it came to 41.00 for top and bottom for both plus shipping. Silly me did not realize i had put my secondary choices in the cart as well. I placed my order and oops, bought too many swimsuits. Customer service the first time was very obliging, cancelled out the superfluous suits. I received my order today. Just tops, no bottoms, and they overcharged me. Called customer service. When I explained the promotion and how I'd been overcharged she denied it. I asked for a supervisor and magically there was no supervisor. When I said I would like expedited shipping at no charge for the bottoms she put me on hold and when she got back, wow! There WAS a supervisor I was put through to. She said they would charge me all over again for the suits then cancel and refund the tops price. So, the suits are being sold as a set, when I went online it was $41 for both pieces per suit. They have to charge me, as a set. Nowhere did it say $41 per piece, it was not in the separates category. So they aren't considered separates until there is an issue. I'm sending the tops back and never shopping with them again. I was called a liar. Or maybe I'm just really stupid and missed something? "
