"I have used the Vornado space heaters for about 10 years and searching for a metal enclosed unit is very difficult to find. Currently
the company makes this model heater only enclosed in an outer plastic structure. I've read a number of reviews that state the outer plastic structure has melted. These Vornado heaters produce a lot of heat and a very economical. I especially like the off white metal finish on this model, it fits well in any room. "

"I have ordered from Sylvane three times now. I have been having a harder time finding the filters for my HEPA machine but have always been able to find the HEPA and the pre-filters with Sylvane! Each time I have ordered, the service was quick and the products were not the knockoffs that you have to be concerned about from Amazon and eBay.

The only thing that I wished were different was that I knew that they were going to have a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale to get my filters at a discounted rate. But...that is understandable to not announce those much in advance for obvious business reasons. Thanks for being there, Sylvane! I'll be ordering again around Black Friday next year!"

"i bought a Mitsubishi 24000 BTU Dual Zone Mini-Split Heat Pump 12k+12k dual pump a couple of months ago. then it was finally installed my licenced HVAC installer attempted to turn it on only to find the unit faulty. he spend several hours trying to debug it to no avail. i called sylvane to let them know. all they did was shrug, saying its been past 30 days. i understand not allowing returns after 30 days but they should REPLACE faulty units they sell. i shouldn't have to deal with the manufacture and pay the extra charges accrued for the install because of this. totally unacceptable. will not be shopping at sylvane ever again."
