"I ordered an evaporative cooler motor on 7/11/22 which was projected to arrive at my home in California on 7/15/22. However, it took FedEx 13 DAYS to deliver that motor!!!
The reason for this extended travel time was that FedEx had to retape the SHABBY, PAPER THIN "BOX" that this 7 pound motor was shipped in (with NO cushioning) FIVE TIMES as it meandered it's way across the country.
FedEx also had to reprint and re-apply a scanable bar code label FIVE TIMES due to the fact that the previous label had nearly disintegrated trying to weather a lengthy travel storm with near total lack of support from this raggedy and totally inadequate "box".
I thought you should hear this story. Unfortunately, I will think twice before I place another order with Sylvane. "

"In the past month we have purchased 2 Hessaire evaporative coolers for a large party we were having. After we received the first we immediately ordered the 2nd because of the difference it made on our deck. We are in Texas w/ the triple digits temps & party was outdoors. The 2nd one had some minor damage to the digital display. Customer service (John) said a replacement would be shipped out immediately, and if it didn’t arrive in time for the party to go ahead and use the damaged one! They’d even send someone out to pick it up. Shipping was super fast as well. AMAZING! And the coolers are fabulous. We hooked up our water hose to it and had comfortable temps all evening on our 950 sq ft deck. Highly recommend the coolers, and the only place to buy them is Sylvane! "Box was crushed and open did not appear new when finally arrived. Filter was intact and has been installed however smart stat indicates filter is 52% full, in system little over a month. this was not the case with previous Aprilaire 910. Do not recommend high density filters. In the future I will not purchase the Aprilaire 913 in the future as it obstructs air flow too quickly and air flow is crucial to a systems optimal performance."
