"The product I ordered had a duplicate tracking number & one said that it was delivered, but I never received it. The other said that it had been returned. I checked with the office of my apt complex & they said they had never seen it. I then called sylvane twice the first time I waited Quite awhile & finally left my phone # for a call back & when it came the phone rang once & they hung up. So I tried again left my # for call back & the same thing happened again, one ring & they hung up. I tried a third time & was determined to wait for a customer service rep & after 15 minutes they came on & said there was no one to take my call, I left a voice mail, Waited 4 to 5 hours without a reply. So I contacted my bank & disputed the credit card payment & reordered the product from a different vendor!"
