"Ordered a matching band to my wedding set for my anniversary. Very close match since we purchased the wedding set from Szul (which had its own slew of problems but they took it back several times to replace missing stones, which was wonderful), this new band is not a perfect circle. Not in circumference, but it's as if some of the stones in the middle are larger so it looks as if it's bending. However, it was only $120 and cannot really tell against my other rings. Didn't want to have to deal with sending it back. Would probably buy again, since this was my 2nd time. "

"I purchased a ring for my wife for Christmas. After Szul's processed my payment, I received an email from them stating they will TRY to send my ring to me in time for Christmas. It is now January 3rd, and after several attempts to contact them for an update, I have yet to receive a response. Note - I have tried calling (left several messages), send a Facebook message, send several email messages, sent a Twitter message and still no response. I am wondering ow if Szul's is really legit... have they just taken my money ? I bought from them years ago and everything was fine. Based upon past history, I decided to purchase another ring again. I am at a loss. Not sure what to do. Should I contact my bank and tell see if they can get my money back? Should I contact BBB and tell them what happened? All i am asking for is a status update but I am afraid they took my money and ran! I will never buy from them again."
