"Awesome product and awesome customer service! Couldn't be happier with the product and service I received. I ordered an Icon Speaker and it sounds awesome. I was really blown away with the sound quality coming from this little speaker. I will definitely be ordering more. I called customer service to get an idea about the size of the speaker and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would've given my experience higher than 5 stars but 5 is the highest rating here. Thanks again for the excellent product and service!"

"I ordered a waterproof shower speaker through them and I recently lost the charging USB cable. Their staff helped me to figure out what type of USB cable was needed.

Update- The wonderful staff send me a replacement free of charge. Now that is what I call customer service.

"Ordered a pair of earbuds a few months ago and I remember it took more than 2 weeks to ship. Unfortunately the buds only lasted about a month before one of the earpieces went silent. I keep contacting them for replacements without any answer. I just saw the box sitting on a counter now and decided to search toccs andI see that the only times they contact a buyer is when they post reviews, so here's mine. The buds were decent sound quality while they worked, but this company's customer support is pretty lacking."

"I ordered the TOCCs FeatherBuds off StackSocial and they were supposed to ship within 2-3 weeks. About six weeks went by and they still hadn't come. I contacted "them" and spoke to Imelda who was very friendly and helpful. She sent a pair of (Priority Mail) headphones and I received my FeatherBuds on the next business day, but a few days later received another pair. I realized the first pair had finally shipped and then the priority mail pair came. I contacted her to tell her and she said it was fine to keep them both.

READ THIS: If you need to contact them talk to Imelda! ****@**** she is the way to go if you need customer support!
