"Overall very happy with school. The staff is great and my daughter loves going. They have made the transition great!"
"It can be hard to get communication with directors and clear answers. There is not always follow up. Also, billing is usually incorrect. Teachers are great."
"We have had 3 children attend this location. Pre covid the school was great. During covid the school cut down hours and lost staff and then the director was promoted and taken out of the school leaving no director. The school has not recovered from this. If my daughter was not in pre-K and about to go to kindergarten I would have taken her out of the school."
"Love the school, hate the parking lot. Lots of big puddles after the rain and lots of potholes. Also nametags would be nice for staff. I kinda know people's faces, but there are a bunch of staff that I don't know their names too and I would like to know their name without having to ask."
"We love my son’s teacher, so our experience has already been good. But my husband and I, along with our friends who have children at Tutor Time, all agree: everything about this school has massively improved since Mr. Charles arrived. Communication is clearer, the decision-making seems much more thoughtful, the entire atmosphere has improved. We’re so much happier now that he’s here! Everything seems to be running so smooth now."
"Over the last 8 months we’ve been extremely disappointed. There has been poor or there lack of management, constant closures, insufficient hours of operations. And the fact that the company increased tuition mid-year after such horrible performance in the school is unacceptable."
"Up until last August we were very happy with them. Since then they have had a lot of staffing issues as well as director. Holding out hope that these issues get solved soon."
"As described earlier, poor management or there lack of, insufficient staffing, reduced hours of operation, constant closures, early closures, unreliable care, and unjustified mid-year price increases."
"When the program is open and running as it should be, we are very happy with it. We have experienced several rounds of classroom closures because the school cannot find teachers/staff. Its putting a lot of strain on us as working parents to find alternate daycare when this happens. This is an issue that needs to be addressed and corrected ASAP."

"Revolving door of directors, poor communication. When sharing this feedback, management has been receptive to resolving issues, however I have not seen any consistent resolution."

"It used to be good but right now it is scary to see the issues from a management point of view, no stability on the teacher’s side."
"Our experience has been that the teachers have been fantastic, and our children have had a wonderful experience overall. However, the same cannot be said for us as parents. When asking a question of management, I quickly became resigned to the fact that most often I would not receive an answer. Communication from management is often unclear (emails indicating that my child is changing classes without stating which of the two children is being referenced, and then in the end my child is not in fact switching classes and the teacher confirms that in fact no change is forthcoming) and confusing. While the benefits seemed to outweigh the frustrations for quite awhile, with the continued reduced schedule that does not meet our childcare needs and on top of that the rotating class closures, I am not so sure that that is still the case."
"horrible!!! Kept admitting lots of new kids (like the comment above) while short stuffing started long time ago in May 2021 when they started to ask kids to voluntarily not come and will be let in on a first come first served basis, but they just kept admitting new kids until September. Now every family suffers because they don’t have enough staff to cover all the admitted kids and forced everyone to stay home one whole week a month. We are losing full time job because they put profit so above everything else, don’t have the very basic ethic. shame on you"

"It was much better in the beginning but has really gone downhill since the summer. Constant turnover in administration and terrible communication."

"It is the worst daycare center, has closed for almost a whole week for gas leak, sent my kid home lots of times for 3 days a time for nothing, and would not allow us return despite negative covid test result. we need to pay full tuition while need to stay at home for cumulative a full month of school days. Meanwhile, the school had 4 class closures for cumulatively another school month or more due to covid cases. Tutor time armonk has power outages throughout the year: days in feb due to snow, days in May due to rain, days in August due to rain, days in November due to rain. Each time the school closes for various days, get a legitimate quality electrician, will you? when it snows, also the vendor hired for snow removal could not come in time, so guess what, this daycare closes for that too. Guess what happens during the previous times when the weather is nice, there are teacher shortages and it's been asking families to keep the kids at home since June 2021 and it just unilaterally decides to close several age group classes at a time to address the teacher shortage."
