"The director and teachers are outstanding. They’ve made our family feel at home by providing a loving and nurturing environment. The school has excellent communication between staff and families and they genuinely care for the overall wellbeing of our children. I would highly recommend this school."
"Aside from the one incident, it has been mostly positive. No honest to god complaints. A very good school, especi for the price we are paying."
"Good experience and new location is much better without the leak issues"
"Teachers and all the stuff are great and friendly, they always communicate with the parents."
"We enrolled my son initially during COVID, so it was a completely different experience. However, they were able to work with us and him with some behavioral difficulties, and they really cared about his well being. When we were looking to get our daughter into a center, this was the first place we contacted! They make everything so easy, and my daughter loves all her teachers! She has to give EVERYONE a hug every day before leaving!"
"Overall, I have been very pleased with our daughters care. While in the infant classroom, I could not be happier with the love and care shown to my daughter by her teachers, especially Stephanie. My daughter absolutely loves her, and is so excited to see her every morning. Our family is very happy with this daycare, and my daughter enjoys her time there every day."
"It's been great! Our son is happy and has many friends. I think his social and verbal skills are way better than kuds we know who don't go to day care. He adores his teachers! It helps us feel connected to the community"
"Generally, we think the staff is very kind and properly maintains a reasonable amount of structure for the littles. I love talking to their teachers and my girls have close relationships with them and miss the ones that have left. I wish my children's belongings were given the same care as my children because things keeping going missing."
"Good but comparatively expensive, but availability in the area is generally low."
"We've had a great experience with our Champlin Tutor Time family. At times there has been staff turnover, but despite some changes, we continue to have great staff who know our daughter and encourage her to be her best self. I appreciate the feedback in the app SproutAbout and the friendly welcoming environment. We will be sad to leave when she heads to Kindergarten!"
"We are extremely pleased with tutor time and highly recommend it. We enrolled our two month old and from the beginning we felt safe and comfortable with our child there. Her teachers/caregiver’s are amazing and show genuine care for our daughter."
"Generally satisfied. Several teachers have relayed to parents that they are leaving because the director is difficult to work with. The constant turnover and lack of communication around changing teachers is another reason we have been dissatisfied in recent months."
"Initially with our school age child who was enrolled as a baby, we have watched staff teachers come and go. We have been pleased with the education and school readiness provided. Now with our preschool child, We have seen more turnover and atmosphere has changed throughout the pandemic and with different directors, leads. The staff do care well and get attached to our children and we appreciate their nurturing spirit. There has been lots of change and little consistency, which makes it hard."
"Generally, we are very happy. My primary wish/concern is that the daily lesson plans were shared with the parents so that we know what the kids are learning. That way we can reinforce it at home."
"We generally happy with our experience. A few concerns I have: It is rarely communicated what curriculum and lessons were taught during a given day, this varies by teacher. Some teachers are much better about reporting what the kids learned each day using the app. More often than not I don't know what the academic focus was that day. Secondly, I sometimes observe poorly behaved children causing safety concerns for the other students. I see that the teachers address the child on the spot, which is wonderful, but what is done if the child's behavior continues and does not improve over time? I'm sometimes concerned for my child safety when I view the live stream and see a child throwing chairs around the room multiple times day, or repeatably treating other students disrespectfully (hitting, taking toys, pushing). I think perhaps there's too high of a threshold for chronic bad behavior."
