"The teachers are so kind and nurturing and I trust them so much with my precious child. The new director is phenomenal. I’ve seen 3 or 4 and while all have been great, she just really goes abouvr and beyond for our kids and the parents. I’m never feel lit or the loop. I’m never afraid to leave my child there. She is very involved in my child’s care and doesn’t just sit in her office. She interacts with the teachers and is constantly trying new things. We really appreciate this center and it’s uniqueness."

"We initially enrolled in Tutor Time due to the vicinity of it to our home and we really liked the Director Becky. We got settled in and everything was going well. The only rough patch was when Becky stepped down and was replaced with Melissa. However, it seemed TT quickly recognized this and she was removed from the position and eventually replaced with Ms Thuba. Ms Thuba has done an outstanding job of putting the pieces back together and enhancing the overall experience with better communication then we'd had previously. We are very happy with TT and all its staff."

"We have had such a positive experience changing from a home daycare to Tutor time. Our 3 year old was ready for more socialization and developmentally appropriate learning. He loves going to school each day! We can't thank the teachers and staff enough for making us feel welcomed and supported!"

"Our tour guide Miss Ashley was great!she was very knowlagable and helpful. She answered all of our questions, and gave us tons of information. The only thing I noticed when we were visiting different rooms the teachers/staff did not smile...I understand it was the end of the day, but they just didn't seem happy or seem to enjoy there job."

"in general I feel that I love the precious status updates all day long, they are very helpful and comforting knowing what my son is doing, but at pick up a lot of times there are different teachers there and the communication is lacking about feedback about my son or certain situations during the day. there are a lot of young teachers at pick up time and I feel like their attitude is mostly like they are annoyed by the children by that point in the day so that is a little sad. I also have had several instances where the younger teachers just blurt out in front of myself and all the other children, teachers and parents what issues they had with my child that day and I feel that is inappropriate. that should be done quietly and privately."

That can give parents picking up during that time cause for concern.Additionally, having read some of the posted teacher bios, the education level of many of the teachers leaves something to be desired. College education is just one of many relevant forms of training, but the hope is that the children are in a caring and effective learning environment and that starts with the skills of the care staff and teachers."
