"Over all we love this tutor time. We have gown to love Chis and Nikki - they have always taken the time to get to know our family and especially the kids. They love on them and for us that is our main reason we stay, the love they have for our kids."

"I love tutor times teachers (the ones I have had experience with). Since the new director things are not as good as they were. Things seem less organized. There are programs in place that cost extra money (which I don’t agree with). More turnover of teachers. It seems hard to manage ratio at times. I often do not know who my 3 y/o is with. Drop off and pick up are different rooms. I don’t even know who my 1 y/o teacher is right now. His teacher left and I drop off and pick him up in different rooms. I fully understand why this happens, but it didn’t happen this much in the past. Things are good right now, not great. But I worry that they could get worse."

"Things at the daycare have gotten a lot better with notifications. I was concern that I was paying for extra classes but that the classes weren't happening but I was paying for them. They now let you know in the app when the classes happen. Although I'm not happy that we have to pay extra for these classes along with a hefty cost it's still something we will take advantage of. I love the warm welcome and interaction I receive from staff - Chris and Nikki are wondering and Karen is getting a LOT better :)"

"We love the teachers and staff at this school. The director is getting better. Chris is by far our favorite. She is wonderful with any issues we may have and always seems genuine. Karen is getting better but just doesn't seem to be her personality."

"This place is FANTASTIC! I have literally only had one or two MINOR issues in the 2 years we have been coming here and the staff were amazing at getting things straightened out and empathizing with my frustration. A very safe, nurturing, fun and educational environment. Pin and fingerprint entry really ensure security as well as the cameras in every room. The APP is also AMAZING.. I get real time updates from the school on my son! Pictures, food, potty breaks.. you name it. I could not say enough good things about this facility!!!!"

"Really like the school and staff, my child has definitely come out of his shell since joining there a few months ago and is making friends. It is the most expensive daycare in the area though, but is in a great location for us and is open the hours we need them to be, plus they provide healthy food, diapers and wipes."
