"We really enjoy having our child here. The new playground has been a nice addition as well as the updates to the interior of the buidling. It really freshened up the inside. All of the management staff- Sarah, Kylie, and Lindsey are very responsive and helpful. We always have good communication with them and they interact really well with the kids. The only random suggestion I have is to make sure the little kids are helped when clothing or hair ties are falling off; Making sure hair is clipped back if barrettes or ties fall out so their hair is not in their face all day. Also, remembering to give the kids their water cups througout the day between meals and snacks."

"I have been very happy with my experience with this Tutor Time location. The director and staff are engaged, friendly, and responsive. While the costs for child care are high in general and hard as a working parent, I feel Tutor Time provides a quality care and learning experience to make the cost earned. I appreciate their responsiveness to issues that arise, availability for communication, and desire for continuous improvement (accreditation, remodel, etc). I feel my son has his social, physical and emotional needs meet by the wonderful teachers daily. It shows in how easy drop off is and the wonderful activity and picture updates I get throughout the day. I have to say Brightwheel is a wonderful communication tool. Thank you TutorTime of GR for giving my son a place I feel confident dropping off."

"It's been great overall. We really like the infant 1 teachers a lot. The only downside is that it's super expensive, but so is every other daycare."

"Teachers are great! Issues that we have often go unaddressed or the management downplays our concerns or denies that things are happening. The school is over full and kids are shuffled around a lot which is annoying. I don't want my Preschooler going backwards I want him going forward and doing age appropriate activities."

"Support staff sometimes aren't very professional or experienced. The open classrooms where two classes share a room are noisy and not ideal. They don't stay with teachers long enough to create a comfortable bond--I don't like that they transition so often as they grow older."

The only problem I have ever had has been when my child is moved to another classroom for classroom size accommodation, it is not always conveyed clearly where my is or where my child’s personal items are located ; although everyone is very apologetic. "This school used to be GREAT!!! We loved it when we started and for a long time. Then the culture changed. Too many students, not enough teachers, no rules followed. Teachers come to school sick, don't cover their coughs, handle food without gloves. It is getting gross."
