"Overall, we love the school and most of the teachers. However, the school goes through highs and lows like every business. During the lows it seems it takes a long time to get back on track. Our current director is really good and tackling issues and taking ownership of things they need to fix. She never tries to paint a rosy picture...I really appreciate her honest and friendly nature. My 2 year olds teacher is AMAZING so all of my answers would be 10s if it just related to her. My 4 year olds teachers are the opposite and I would like to remove him from the classroom. 4-5 year olds are tough and it takes a special person to put up with 24 of them at once. However, childcare workers should know this and should not take on the role if they don't enjoy it. We used to have stellar teachers in there and they ALWAYS did art projects and fun learning activities. Now it seems to be a bit mundane and no real art projects happen. Also, my child has commented on numerous times about all the yelling by teachers and behavior issues in the room. There is a correlation between a child's behavior and being yelled at. Engage the kids so they are active and busy. My frustration level builds each day."
