We first brought our son to the Tutor Time on Old 28th street when he was 10 months old and moved to this one when we moved. He has been here since he was 2 and since my younger son was born. "I love this school. Sarah Knight runs a fabulous facility and we are lucky to have her as the school director. Recently we had Chess Vanwyk at our school and he was transferred to another location and we were very sad to lose him. My mother in law is 71 years old and he would always help her when she had to pick up both of our kids by helping her with my son's carseat. This was a small act of kindness on his part but it made such a huge difference. I don't know what we are going to do now that he is gone. If my mother-in-law is unable to pick up the kids and unable to get them both out to the car herself we will likely pursue in-home care in the form of a nanny or something similar."

Security measures could be tightened up, its pretty easy to just follow someone thru the front door... I don't have a better solution but it seems way too easy to get in."

"The staff is great. I struggle with my child bouncing from room to room and lack of structure that can occur with this. It would be nice if there was some consistency versus moving my child up at what seems like random times of the year. Also, the cleanliness is a big issue for me. The classrooms have so much dirt and grime. It would be nice if the floors were cleaned, at least. Again, the staff always are caring and attentive to my children."

"I am so happy taking my child here. The atmosphere has always been warm and welcoming from the tour to the first day I dropped my daughter off. The front desk staff is amazing and I know how incredibly busy they are keeping everything running behind the scenes. The teachers are also invaluable. They are very communicative and empathetic to any concerns I have. They are constantly doing activities to keep my daughter busy through the day and always let me know how she’s doing if it’s a particularly tough day for her. She LOVES going and even though she’s only 1, I can tell how much happier she is here compared to AppleTree which is where she was before here."

Ms. Leah worked with Ms. Sarah the director to get my son, who is in Pre-K for a second year, workbooks to learn sight words. He is starting to read already. They really helped him stay learning instead of being bored with the same activities as the younger kids. I LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!"
