"The staff who work at the front desk as well as the director are not friendly. My child and I are not greeted upon entering the building. Rarely does anyone say goodbye to myself and child. Director seems to only be concerned about numbers in the classes. Children and teachers are shuffled around from class to class daily, no consistency in routine with class or teachers. Children seem to be looked at as a number only. Classrooms are always getting called to see how many students are left."

"I think that the front desk staff should focus a little more on customer service. Many times, upon drop-off and pick-up there is very rarely any interaction. Usually someone is on the phone getting a count on how many students are in each classroom- this appears to be a recurring theme. It seems that the administrative staff is more concerned with the number of children in each classroom than the actual children at times as we've heard things like being out of ratio from front desk conversations.One of our main concerns is the constant shuffling of children into different classrooms every day. Wondering why teachers don't move classes instead? Does not allow for consistency for the child and gets confusing as to where to pick my child up from. Lastly, while we were told the school is curriculum-focused (one of the main selling-points for us), our child rarely comes home with any projects or crafts and it would be great to get a recap of what our child has done each day. We do enjoy the many photos provided via the app.With all of the above said, it is in no way a reflection on the teachers who are always kind and friendly and willing to help solve problems. Our faith in the Director and Assistant Director is questionable at times. As working parents a large portion of our income goes towards childcare and we want to ensure that our child is in a stable and healthy environment."

"Allison and staff are a wonderful asset to my children's lives. We are currently enrolled in Pre-K and before and after care and could not be happier with teachers and staff. Would like corporate to think a little more about the raising of tuition each year. I completely understand having to raise the prices but the increases over the last few years have been rather steep."

"Hate the floater systemFloating teacher never ever knows anything and they don’t seems to care A child can be crying and they will just leave the child to cryWas dropping off one morning and when open the door a floater teacher by the name of Catherine was there yelling at the kids. I was so shock she looked at me and turn away never acknowledged me nor my child.Child always refuse lunch one day decided to eat and she took a little more than what she was supposed too the floater teacher start yelling to put it back/not to take more. Child just leave the table and walk away screaming and they didn’t even try to calm her down or bring her back to eat."

"I would like to be better informed of rate changes based on different classrooms. We pay additional money for music class that I don't believe is consistently provided.The discount for a second child should be much higher since tuition is very expensive"
