We love our children's teachers, they are always happy, smiling and engaged. There is always a light, upbeat atmosphere at the school and we are always reassured our children are in good hands due to the professionalism of the management team. They truly go the extra mile and seem really proud of their school. I am aware that they are met with harsh criticism and unfair treatment by some families, in my opinion, it is unwarranted and immature. Having my children in other facilities previously really enhances how wonderful this school is. We will stay until they kick us out for kindergarten!"

As far as administration, I am just frustrated that each Tutor Time seems to follow different rules despite the fact the Reed turned his facilities over to Corporate. I pay $740 a week and have been a member for 6 years. I am well educated about how things run and don’t like the nonsense I’ve had to deal with. As the company is well aware, I don’t have any other choice to keep my kids at Tutor Time and have continue to receive price increases twice a year. But I will not be forced to pay during the summer when I don’t have my income coming in...my income which essentially all goes toward daycare until my kids are all in public school. It would be nice to have the administration and corporate offices show some compassion towards families, especially those in New York State."

The morale in the school is definitely down and I think corporate should get involved. Communication needs to be better. For example, as someone with two children, to get hit with a registration charge of $350 with two weeks notice is unfair. The registration fee was never this high and you need time to budget for it."
