"I have loved the teachers my child has had. I know that other parents have had issues in their classrooms, but my experiences have been amazing with the classroom teachers. My child has grown so much this year!"

"I'm in the unique position that I have had my daughter enrolled here before it was a corporate entity. I can see a clear difference from before and now. I feel that when I had concerns about my child's care before they were heard and something was done to fix it. I have voiced my concerns about my daughter's classroom assignment since September 2017. That is 6 months now that nothing has been done and I keep getting mixed answers as to what will be done going forward. I understand that the enrollment for her age group was higher than usual in September, but it is insulting that my child, who has been there since she's 9 weeks old keeps getting put into age inappropriate classrooms. This has been going on since she's 13 months old, so almost 2 years now we're dealing with this. Except when she was 13 months old, it was dealt with almost immediately and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. She was kept in her previous classroom about 4 months longer than she should have and despite being vocal about my concerns, nothing was done. She was moved over the summer 2 classes up with children much older than she was with, but acclimated well. After summer, those children were moved up and she was put in with even younger children than she was with before. Now other children are being moved up before her and I keep being told they're just waiting for space. Doesn't seem fair to my child who is forced to spend her day with children almost a year younger than her while her peers are moving on and advancing. I was told that if there's absences, she would be moved up for the day but I am yet to see that happen. Many of these children won't even be in the same Kindergarten class as her. We hope this can be resolved soon or we will be forced to move her from Tutor Time into a center that actually is concerned about her education and she's not just another number."
