They are always willing to answer any questions or address any concerns. We also have loved the teachers. They are caring, warm, and nurturing. I love that they get to go outside, participate in enriching activities, and make new friends!"

"I have 3 children age 10,7,3 the older 2 tried several other daycares I did not like any of them kept oldest home middle went to school district preschool the 3 year old has gone to Lapete a sister co and tutor time I really like both the staff the teachers I really like SproutAbout for nap time I like that not just my child all the kids are happy there. I see no crying kids or kids being mean I see them busy with activities playing I will log into SproutAbout and watch as they have fun with an activity then help clean up the room as a group which amazes me the kids are all 3. It takes a lot to keep a 3 year old to focus on a project they do and have fun not once this is daily. This school is amazing to be able to do this on a schedule with toddlers everyday exactly what I was looking for. Stars I would give 6 on a 5 star score. I am confident my child will be ready for kindergarten when the time comes."

"Some classrooms are chaotic and teachers may be focused on damage control rather than education and engagement because they are overwhelmed, understaffed, under trained, or unmotivated to accomplish the job requirements.One of the rear locked safety gates can be opened by hand in seconds from either side, which is a safety concern and some seedy characters do frequent the drugstore nextdoor.There is a problem with the main water heater or water softening unit, making a section of the school smell like rotten eggs and sulphur which can easily mislead parents to think there is a trash or diaper problem or some other sanitation issue.The facility is very nicely designed and equiped to provide a fantastic experience for children but additional quality staff MUST be obtained for this institutions success."

"We love the staff, but it depends on who is his teacher for the day/week on whether or not we will have more/consistent updates with the app. He had a previous teacher that even posted pics at least once a week, which is very rare nowadays. We do have access to the lives tream now, which is helpful, but it is nice to know what he has done during the day to be able to talk to him about it. Especially because we do not always have time to check the live stream and he is only 2 and cannot fully tell us what happened during the day."

"Generally a “good daycare.” The facility is safe and staff are nice. The skill level of the teachers our child has been with varies quite a bit. Some are more on the level of being a baby-sitter than an early childhood educator. If our child was spending more time learning and preparing for Kindergarten, we would be fine staying another year."
