"The teachers and staff obviously care about all of the children and do a very good job of organizing and managing creative activities that help the children grow and develop the way parents would like them to."
"We love all the teachers in his room and they are very good about communicating his needs and routine via the app, as well as at drop off or pick up."
"The overall experience at this school is great. We have never had any big issues here and the small ones were taken care of quickly. The staff and teachers here are awsome and my family feels very welcome here."
"I’m only here for ms Alex but clearly they cant keep her either. High staff turn over and most teachers dont seem to care about their kids. When u have someone who cares keep them ever since she left nobody normal is in there."
"I truly love his teachers and how patient they have been with him during his transitions. He use to scream for me when I dropped him off every morning and he now goes with ease. His teachers make the transition of dropping him off easy and I appreciate that."
"I'm only still at this school for ms. Becca"
"Pay your caregivers better so they don't quit. The teachers who have more than two children that reguarly misbehave need an extra teacher with them the WHOLE SHIFT. As for the kids who misbehave you need to fine the parents. Two warnings and then a $50 fine. Warnings can be waived if efforts to correct is obvious. Maybe that might be the motivation for them to actually talk to their children to behave during the school day."
"Overall we have always loved the school. We have had some concerns lately with the change of director and so many teachers leaving. We feel that since there have been so many changes going on, our kids aren't getting the same quality of learning (we have no doubts about the quality of care and safety). I felt before like my kids were always in the same room every day and were progressively learning things (ex: how to recognize and draw the number 1 one week, the next week moving on to the number 2), but now it feels like they just kind of get shuffled around from room to room depending on how many kids are there that day and that there isn't a lot of consistency or focus given to what they are learning. We do recognize that this can be part of change and are hoping to see it improve soon. Our kids have been here since they were babies and will be going to kindergarten soon, so we aren't willing to put them through the change of taking them to another daycare now and then taking them to school again in less than a year. We will hold out and hope to see positive changes."
"As first time parents we were very nervous putting our little one in daycare. After a couple of weeks at TutorTime our minds were at ease. The app is a nice bit of peace of mind and we love getting photos of our little guy throughout the day although that is sporadic and some weeks we don't get any. I would like to see a bit of curriculum for the little ones. I think the 1-2 year old children could benefit from some planed learning."
"I appreciate the extra support the teachers give. Concerns with how much my child gets bit in class, comes home with bite marks that idk if the teachers are aware of or I'm just not being told about."
"My experience has been amazing. My children enjoy going here everyday. The environment is welcoming, the staff is fantastic, and I really feel like the facility is very safe."
"Every time I seem to walk inside of the older infant room it seems as though there is constant drama being talked about in front of us. Very unprofessional. The Caucasian white lady with blonde hair who has a child in the older infant class is constantly only paying attention to her child and there has been multiple times I have picked up and my child is crying or has booger’s falling down her face. Teachers should not be with their children in the same classroom. very unprofessional. The new director is never there. Every time I drop off my daughter there is not enough staff and kids being taken on the cart being pushed around or just sitting up front. The teachers are overworked and seem exhausted. This place is slowly going downhill "

"I love this school. Ms Deborah Gunn is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable leaving our daughter in her care."
"*Experience with teachers has been positive*Most classrooms are tidy*Love the Brightwheel app when it's used"
"Up until recently we have loved our school. The latest transition left me frustrated having received less than a weeks notice and then having the transition occur before the specified date. I feel like we were thrown into the next class. In the new class I saw the primary teacher once in a month, at the end of the month she gave notice. I never know who is teaching my son or which classroom to take him to in the morning, or pick him up from in the afternoon, it seems so disorganized right now, and frustrating not knowing the schedule, not getting updates, pics, all the things we would get when he was in his previous class. I wish for some consistency, we only attend part time, I'm glad at this point we aren't full time."
