"We have been very impressed with this school. We had read reviews that almost swayed us to pick a different school/not switch from our current school. We were pleasantly surprised to see the reviews were not all on point. We are about to switch classrooms for the first time and are optimistic it will go better than our previous experience in classroom changes. In the past (at the other school) we had 2 weeks prior to the change that our child was going to that other classroom and meeting the teacher, some transitions were better than others."

"My company provides a number of discounted days at certain providers. At 1 year old, I decided to try daycares for my daughter utilizing my company discount. I first took her to Tutor Time which seemed great. Wanting to get a different perspective, I then took her to an Academy here in our city of Surprise and she was only there for AN HOUR before I went back to pick her up. While the staff seemed friendly, the facility was unwelcoming, uncleanly, small, and just overall GROSS. When I walk into TT, I myself want to stay and play! It is a very fun atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff, fun and safe outdoor area (doesnt have that wood chip crap), they have great meals/snacks and a clean environment! I just love the Surprise Tutor Time!!"

"Everyone here has been super welcoming! We had to enroll our daughter due to a work schedule change when she was one year old. We were apprehensive at first, but after meeting the directors and teachers and staff they put us at ease. Our daughter loves the entire staff. Everyone knows her name and makes us feel welcome each day. Communication so far has been great and the staff is very open in discussions and willing to help."

"I am happy with my child's new class and glad an in-between class was opened up. I feel now my child's needs are being addressed more than when she was the oldest child in a baby room. She was also slow to walk which makes me worry could have been an issue with the baby room. Her new room and teachers are amazing and send me photos weekly which I appreciate. I also feel like the teachers really care for my child and treat her with respect."

"Very happy with the service and childcare/preschool provided. I feel like the staff truly enjoys their jobs and loves interacting with children. When my child started daycare at 2.5 years of age his grandmother was skeptical however she attended an event with him and felt at ease and comforted by the staff interaction and care and safety displayed towards the children at at the event. Very reassuring"

"It’s been ok. The school is just costly. Childcare in general is Coffee. I’m really not sure how most people are able to afford childcare because I find it very challenging."

"My Granddaughter loves coming here. The Staff have always been friendly & helpful and greet us when we come in. Teachers are happy to see the kids come to the classroom and greet them as well. The classroom and outside hallways are always clean and neat. I've also noticed looking in the other classrooms the kids & babies are being tended to & seem happy to be there. The Staff is always busy doing something & I like how they celebrate a Holiday or have a designated day for something like Disney Day."
